Absolutely an excellent microbrewery. From great service to great tasting beer, and of course the well-known growler for a fresh non-bottled taste!

Y'know, I love our local brewery. I only know Darcy from being a frequent beer buyer and his amazing capacity for sincere customer service always blows me away...like when I run into him at the Arts Center while out with our respective families and he greets me by name. Impressive. Makes me feel a bit better about how much I spend on beer!! ha!

Love the concept of the growler! Staff were very friendly. I sampled 3 great dark beers, left with a growler full of deliciousness. Wonderful to support a local brewery that is a strong supporter of the community.
I spend way too much money here!!

Love the growlers and rewards system. Nothing beats a cold Lead Dog, cept maybe the winter spice ale. Hefeweisen could've been better but huge props for trying. The free brewery tours are a great way to kill an afternoon!

The beers they make are award winning, world class products.
If you get a growlers (mentioned in other reviews) you can buy some of their seasonal/specialty beers; only available anywhere from the brewery.
They are very active supporters of events in the Yukon. Another great reason to buy their beer!

I love the growler idea, and was so glad to see the YB had these available. Darcy is always a laugh at the counter, and there is almost always someone around to yack with while you get a refill. The product is fantastic, the mindset is local, and the outcome is almost perfection. Award winning beers also feature along side some very creative brews, like the pumpkin spice ale, the birch ale, and the spiced brew they produce for the December holidays.

Yukon Brewing Company has got it all: fantastic product (their beer is excellent and it wins national awards), helpful store staff and they're strong supporters of community events. Nothing beats a post-bike ride, ice cold Arctic Red on a hot summer day.
